Maxon™ Suture, Clear, 1 x 30", PRE4, 3/0 is a sterile, synthetic, absorbable monofilament suture composed of polyglyconate, a copolymer of glycolic acid and trimethylene carbonate. It is specifically engineered to provide extended tensile strength and gradual absorption, suitable for applications requiring long-term wound support with minimal tissue response.

The monofilament configuration allows smooth passage through tissue and reduces drag, contributing to lower tissue trauma and minimal inflammatory reaction. The suture's clear, undyed form is beneficial in aesthetic or pediatric applications where minimal residue or pigmentation is preferred.

The attached PRE4 needle is made of stainless steel and designed for secure, controlled penetration.
